Why laser welding
Low heat input means less distortion and discolouration; even thin sheet comes out clean.
Considerably faster than traditional methods, shortening cycle times in serial production.
The seam is narrow and even, so the need for grinding and surface finishing is reduced.
Stainless steel, DKP and aluminium can all be welded with a single machine.
