What does the SKP–1-631 do?
It is used for leak-tight circumferential welding of the threaded union fittings on flex pipe ends. The torch is stationary and the workpiece is rotated. Welding heads can be manufactured for different diameters. Head rotation is provided by an AC motor and reducer, and its speed is adjusted steplessly with the AC motor driver. The weld end overlap amount can be adjusted.
