The general mechanical structure is made of high alloy, durable aluminium. The arms are made of high alloy copper material. Dual circuit water cooled. Servo motor controlled, with a medium frequency (MFDC) welding transformer located on the gun axis, just behind the gun, so losses are minimised. It has a pneumatic balancing cylinder (optional). The arms and electrode holders can be shaped freely to suit the workpiece. It can also be produced as servo-pneumatic on request. The entire body is protected by a weld spatter resistant plastic sheath.
