What does the SC1-S-85 MF do?
The arms are made of high alloy copper material. Dual circuit water cooled. Medium frequency (MFDC) and AC welding transformers can be used; the transformer is located on the gun axis, just behind the gun, so losses are minimised. The welding cylinder is of approach tandem type. The entire body is protected by a weld spatter resistant plastic sheath. The arms and electrode holders can be shaped freely to suit the workpiece. It can also be produced as servo-pneumatic on request.
