What does the 2-SDGK-2×270 do?
Welding automation for gas metal arc welding of the transformer radiator wavewall. The welding, part shifting and clamping head group axes are servo motor driven. The machine is controlled by a PLC and an operator panel. The wavewall clamping jaws work in parallel, and the wavewall is guided from above. Trans iron and reinforcement tape welding can be added as an option.
