C-MOTION 2

It is used for serial, high quality welding of large workpieces with many spot welding points. It is servo motor driven on all axes. Its idle speed is 60 m/min; higher speeds are available on request. The welding point is positioned on the X and Y axes, and welding is performed on the Z1 and Z2 axes. The servo motor movement of the lower (Z1) and upper (Z2) electrodes makes it possible to weld on different planes. The penetration depth of the electrodes into the workpiece can be adjusted. Operation is easily programmed with the CAM method and/or teaching mode. The welding transformer is medium frequency (MF). A welding program unit with 99 programs and constant current character is used. Capacity can be increased by adding a sliding fixture or a rotary table to the front of the machine.
