Description

It is used for serial and automatic welding of workpieces with large number of spot welding points on it. The machine in the picture was used in the centering of the car swings.

General Features

Four spot welding machines; It moves with servo-motor in X-Y axis. Its idle speed is 30 m/min. is. It can also be produced at higher speeds. The lower and upper electrodes are pneumatically movable. There is a rotary table with 8 stations in front of the machine. While the welding process continues at four stations, loading and unloading are carried out at the other four stations. Even if the electrode lengths are shortened, the electrodes always meet at the middle point thanks to the special application. The way it works can be easily programmed with the CAM method and/or the teaching-mode. A welding program unit with 99 programs and constant current character is used.
