Four spot welding machine, servo motor driven on the X-Y axes. Its idle speed is 30 m/min; higher speeds are available on request. The lower and upper electrodes are pneumatically driven. There is an 8 station rotary table in front of the machine: while welding continues at four stations, loading and unloading are carried out at the other four. Even when the electrode lengths shorten, the electrodes always meet at the middle point thanks to a special mechanism. Operation is easily programmed with the CAM method and/or teaching mode. A welding program unit with 99 programs and constant current character is used.
