General Features
- The upper sewing head is driven, the lower sewing head is idler. Both the lower and upper sewing heads are brushed and the current passes are made from silver contacts. Upper and lower sewing heads are double circuit water cooled. Welding speed min./ max. can be adjusted steplessly. In front of the machine, there is a roller bearing platform that can be adjusted according to the diameter, allowing the workpiece to be loaded and unloaded easily. Two different current and speed options are available. Puncture deformations are prevented with the low flow/speed option in the places that hit the intersection areas. The arm length can be manufactured between 500-1200 mm at the time of order. The same machine can be manufactured longitudinally + transversely at the order stage.
