The upper seam head is driven and the lower seam head is an idler. Both heads are brushed, and current passes through silver contacts. The upper and lower heads are dual circuit water cooled. Welding speed can be adjusted steplessly between minimum and maximum. In front of the machine there is a roller support platform, adjustable to the workpiece diameter, so parts can be loaded and unloaded easily. Two different current and speed options are available; at overlap crossings, puncture deformation is prevented with the low current/speed option. The arm length can be manufactured between 500-1200 mm at the time of order. The same machine can be manufactured as longitudinal + transverse at the order stage.
