General Features
- It is used for sealing the head of circular shaped workpieces and the skirt parts of flat parts. The heads are internally brushed and current transitions are made from silver contacts. Heads are double circuit water cooled. Upper and lower head individually or both are internally driven. Speed synchronization is provided with differential in different disc diameters. (option) There is a disc turning apparatus on the lower and upper heads. (option) Welding speed can be adjusted steplessly between min/max. Punctures and deformations are prevented with the low flow-speed option at the intersections. The same machine can be manufactured as longitudinal + transverse upon order.
