Our company produces wire mesh welding machines for different types and sizes, according to orders. It is used to manufacture wire mesh of various thicknesses and types.

General Features
- Longitudinal wires are arranged in the magazine by hand, and transverse wires are thrown automatically. While the welding process is in progress, it is possible to load the longitudinal wire magazine. Wire diameter can be selected between 2 – 10 mm. Blades up to 40 mm wide can be placed vertically on the longitudinal side. Centering speed is 60 – 90 rows/minute. Cross wire pitch min. size is 12mm. Mesh pulling mechanism is servo-motor movable. Transverse wire throwing mechanism wire diameter adjustment is extremely easy. Transition to different types and sizes can be done very quickly. There is no need to remove and install any bolts and nuts or make a busbar connection when the cylinders are shifted to the right and left. No current transmission element such as cable or flexible busbar is used for the lower and upper electrode current connection. It is possible to program in a simple way by entering the number of wires to be welded and the pitch amount from the operator panel. Two different mesh widths can be worked at the same time, provided that the same diameter wires are used. The mats, whose welding process has been completed, are stacked automatically.
