General features
What does the SHD–330 do?
Longitudinal wires are arranged in the magazine by hand; transverse wires are fed automatically. The longitudinal wire magazine can be loaded while welding is in progress. Wire diameter can be selected between 2-10 mm. Flat bars up to 40 mm wide can be placed vertically on the longitudinal side. Welding speed is 60-90 rows/minute. The minimum transverse wire pitch is 12 mm. The mesh pulling mechanism is servo motor driven. Wire diameter adjustment of the transverse wire feeding mechanism is extremely easy, and changing to different types and sizes is very quick. When the cylinders are shifted left or right there is no need to remove or install any bolts or nuts, or to make a busbar connection. No current transmission element such as cable or flexible busbar is used for the lower and upper electrode current connection. Programming is simple: the number of wires to be welded and the pitch are entered from the operator panel. Two different mesh widths can be produced at the same time, provided wires of the same diameter are used. Finished mesh panels are stacked automatically.
