What does the SJKB-1-345 do?
The rim is positioned relative to the valve with a laser sensor and a servo motor. The positioned rim is lifted to the welding zone; while it is being welded, a new rim arrives at the positioning zone. A new rim comes off the rim production line every 6-7 seconds: the machine takes the wheels to be welded off the normal production line and returns them to it after welding. Total welding cycle: 5 seconds.
