What does the SP-22 do?
The upper and lower arms are fixed. Operation is pneumatic and the electrodes move linearly on the vertical axis. It is a preferred model for mass production spot welding of sheet metal parts. The welding transformer, secondary busbars, thyristors and electrodes are water cooled.
