It leaves a minimal weld mark in spot welding, yet its weld strength is very high. It is highly preferred for workpieces with decorative surfaces, especially coated and stainless steel sheets. The welding transformer has a hermetic structure with class F insulation. The transformer and diode group, the secondary busbar and the electrodes are water cooled. The welding cylinder has an approach piston, and the piston rod runs in precision bearings. The electronic unit has a Turkish menu and constant current character; 99 welding programs can be set.
