General Features

Although it creates a minimum weld trace in spotting operations, its welding strength is very high. It is highly preferred in workpieces with decorative features, especially in coated and stainless steel sheets. The welding transformer has a hermetic structure and is insulated with «F» class. Transformer and diode group are cooled by water. Secondary busbar and electrodes are water cooled. Welding cylinder is with approach piston. The piston rod is precisely bearing. Electronic unit, Turkish menu, constant current character. 99 welding programs can be set in the electronic unit.
