General Features
- The condenser is servo-motor movable on the vertical axis. Welding electrodes work opposite each other on the horizontal axis and its speed can be adjusted by servo-motor. The welded wire diameter is 1.4 mm. Welding speed can be adjusted between 90 – 120 rows/minute. Loading and unloading are done mutually. While one condenser is boiling, the other is being prepared for loading by the operator. Wire pitch and gap adjustments can be made easily. In short condensers, it is possible to boil two condensers side by side at the same time. Current-conducting busbars are cooled by water.
